Return Policy
All returns require an authorization number from one of our customer service representatives.
Must be within 30-days of purchase date.
Must have original or copy of proof of purchase.
Item must be in original packaging and product must be unused.
All returns are based upon inspection and WESTWOODSPORTS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns.
Defective Merchandise
All defective returns require and authorization number from one of our customer service representatives.
Must be within 10 days or stated manufacture deadlines.
Must have original or copy of proof of purchase.
Refused/Cancelled/Change orders
Will be subject to a 15% restocking or $15 charge (whichever is greater).
Order processing starts once the order is placed. Additions or changes to orders may be treated
as a separate order and additional charges may apply.
